Job summary

Vertisystem (A MOURI Tech Company) seeks a technical lead to rollout and operate a global MFA platform (OpenText Advanced Authentication). You will guide authentication, IAM, and security initiatives, providing Level 3 support and contributing to testing, documentation, and automation.

The role demands strong MFA/IAM experience, IT security background, and ability to work across worldwide teams, with a roughly 80% remote/20% onsite work arrangement. Enterprise-scale support experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with MFA and IAM technologies.
• Background in IT security, authentication, and access control solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
• Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication).
• Serve as a technical lead on medium to large initiatives as directed by the Product Owner and Manager.
• Provide consultation and subject matter expertise on authentication, access management, and IT security topics.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.
• Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
• Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes.
• Define and adhere to development standards, testing procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices.
