Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced MFA Engineer to maintain and strengthen authentication services in a remote role anchored in Puerto Rico. You will lead design and deployment of MFA solutions, collaborate with IAM teams, and help scale the enterprise authentication footprint.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IAM/MFA, hands-on with protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and tools such as Gemalto MobilePASS and Secret Double Octopus. Remote work with on-site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS.
• 5+ years in Digital/Information Technology and MFA
• Experience with MFA products in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID, Kerberos)
• Familiarity with IAM principles, cloud and on-prem environments

Responsibilities

• Provide support for MFA tools and technologies.
• Lead design and development projects for access management.
• Develop operational model and oversee MFA deployments.
• Establish and report MFA health metrics.
• Collaborate with teams to expand service footprint.
• Support Sev1/Sev2 incidents and patch/log management.
