Voya Financial is seeking an IT Security Manager to lead a team responsible for authentication, authorization, and web security operations. The role emphasizes secure, scalable delivery and collaboration with Digital, App Dev, and Business teams.

Remote position with periodic onsite in Windsor, CT; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Minneapolis, MN; or Charleston, SC to support collaboration and engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ direct reports preferred.
• Experience in IAM, authentication, or web security environments.
• Experience implementing or improving workflow processes, intake models, SLAs, and dashboards.
• Experience partnering with application development or digital product teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8–10 engineers delivering authentication and web security platforms.
• Drive team productivity, accountability, and output.
• Establish ownership, priorities, and expectations across the team.
• Build and enforce structured intake processes using tools like ServiceNow.
• Transition from ad hoc tracking to formal workflow management.
• Define SLAs, prioritization models, and delivery timelines.
• Implement tracking, reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics.
