Job summary

Yash Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Analyst I to support the rollout and operations of a global MFA platform. The role blends technical leadership with business analysis across multiple departments and locations, with 80% remote and 20% onsite in Spartanburg, SC.

The incumbent will work with OpenText Advanced Authentication, contribute to security initiatives, and develop documentation and test scripts.

Qualifications

• Experience with MFA and IAM technologies.

• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
• Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication).
• Serve as a technical lead on medium to large initiatives as directed by the Product Owner and Manager.
• Provide consultation and SME on authentication, access management, and IT security topics.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.
• Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
• Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes.
• Define and adhere to development standards, testing procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices.

Job Title: Business Analyst I
Location: Spartanburg, SC (Hybrid) - 80% remote / 20% onsite

Position Overview

This role supports the rollout, ongoing operations, and enhancement of global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platform, OpenText Advanced Authentication, across multiple departments and locations worldwide. The contractor will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for MFA, authentication technologies, identity and access management, and related IT security initiatives.

• Support and maintain global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication ).

• Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA ) and Identity & Access Management (IAM ) technologies.
• Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
• Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.
• Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus.

Work Location

Currently approximately 80% remote / 20% onsite.
