Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking an experienced MFA Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management team. The role focuses on maintaining and strengthening multifactor authentication solutions to ensure stable, scalable services for the enterprise and customers.

Ideal candidates will have MFA expertise, strong IAM knowledge, and hands-on experience with authentication protocols and enterprise security technologies.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in IT/related field.
• Experience in Digital/Information Technology environments.
• MFA subject matter expert guiding team on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for MFA tools such as Secret Double Octopus and Gemalto MobilePASS.
• Lead design and development projects to implement access management technologies.
• Contribute to MFA roadmap including vendor selection and project delivery.
• Develop operational models and day-to-day oversight for access management technologies.
• Establish and report MFA health and performance metrics.
