Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC governance and IT project lifecycle.

• Project leadership or system ownership in IT environments.
• Background in IT security, authentication, and access control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication).
• Lead medium to large initiatives as directed by Product Owner/Manager.
• Advise on authentication, access management, and IT security topics.
• Analyze business and technical requirements; create work orders for external suppliers.
• Troubleshoot MFA incidents; escalate to global support.
• Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms and processes.
• Ensure system integrity, security, and scalability with ongoing enhancements.
• Document procedures and automate tests using Postman; develop test scripts.
• Perform unit/integration testing and support deployment processes.
