Job summary

Periscope Search Group seeks an MES Director for a global electronics manufacturer based in Richardson, TX. The role owns the global MES strategy across North America and Europe, standardizing architecture, governance, and deployment templates to replace local customizations.

You’ll guide full-lifecycle MES implementations, align MES with ERP/SAP, PLM, SCADA and PLC, and manage enterprise contracts while ensuring ITAR, FDA/ISO 13485 and NIST compliance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in digital factory environments
• 7+ multi-site, multi-country deployments
• CapEx ownership and travel 25-35% required

Responsibilities

• Direct full-lifecycle MES implementations across North America and Europe
• Drive convergence of MES with ERP/SAP, PLM, SCADA and PLC
• Negotiate enterprise contracts and SLAs with cloud vendors and systems integrators
• Lead a geographically dispersed team of MES engineers, PMs and business analysts
• Align plant managers and executive stakeholders on the value of standard MES builds
