Qualifications
- 15+ years in manufacturing operations, business ops, or supply chain.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Strong capital planning and cross-functional initiative leadership.
- Ability to operate in a global matrixed organization.
- Travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Own the management system driving execution, accountability, and transparency across MES.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and executive reporting packages.
- Develop KPI scorecards to monitor performance and health.
- Drive AOP and SLRP objectives tracking and action closure.
- Coordinate leadership rhythms to align priorities and dependencies.
- Lead SLRP planning, investment prioritization, and capital governance.
- Provide insights to improve growth and commercial performance.
- Lead strategic initiatives and M&A coordination as needed.
