Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Director, Business Systems & Manufacturing Applications to lead our internal systems strategy across ERP, MES, BI and AI-enabled solutions. You will own the roadmap, governance, and vendor accountability, partnering with IT Executive Management to standardize platforms and drive measurable value.

You will build and lead a small internal development team focused on automation, analytics, and decision-support, ensuring compliance with ITAR/CUI and regulatory requirements while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP, MES, or business systems leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and cross-site leadership.
• Hands-on depth in software development or ERP customization.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution roadmap for ERP, MES, BI/reporting, and integrations.
• Own Epicor execution, roadmap delivery, UAT, training, go-live readiness, and stabilization.
• Build and lead an internal development team for AI-enabled solutions across platforms.
• Establish data governance and a single-source-of-truth for key metrics.
