Job summary

Parker Hannifin in the United States seeks an IT leader to drive global IT strategy for the Performance Materials Division. You will partner with division leadership to build roadmaps, optimize enterprise systems, and ensure secure, compliant operations across sites worldwide.

The role requires a tenured IT leader with ERP/SAP experience in manufacturing, the ability to manage budgets, and a focus on lean improvement, cost efficiency, and MES deployment. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience with increasing responsibility, including at least three years in leadership.
• Prior experience supporting SAP or other ERP systems is required.
• Prior IT leadership in a manufacturing environment is required; chemical or process manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Travel up to 25% of the time and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status required.

Responsibilities

• Develop IT strategic plans with division leadership and implement roadmaps for enhanced capabilities.
• Lead infrastructure and security processes, ensuring SOX compliance and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to align IT with business strategy and annual budgets.
• Drive lean initiatives, optimize costs, and deploy MES tools across EMG facilities worldwide.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing IT organization and plan succession.
