Job summary

TikTok is seeking a strategic Merchant Growth lead to guide onboarding, growth, and long-term success for TikTok Shop merchants in the US. You will identify opportunities, partner with operations, product, and industry teams, and translate initiatives into scalable programs to enhance merchant performance.

In this role you will leverage platform tools to boost merchant enablement and efficiency, analyze data for growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects to align stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, marketplace operations, merchant operations, or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, product, or merchant success teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify business opportunities and inform strategy development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to support merchant onboarding, growth, and long-term success on TikTok Shop.
• Identify opportunities and operational challenges within the merchant ecosystem, and design structured initiatives to improve merchant performance and platform supply.
• Partner closely with industry teams, operations teams, and product teams to translate strategic initiatives into scalable programs that can be effectively implemented by frontline teams.
• Leverage product capabilities and platform tools to build scalable solutions that improve merchant enablement and operational efficiency.
• Analyze merchant performance data and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine merchant strategies.
• Led cross-functional projects to implement merchant growth initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
