Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital or social commerce roles.
• Deep TikTok ecosystem and social shopping knowledge.
• Proven growth strategy execution with measurable results.
• Strong data-driven analytical and strategic thinking.
• Experience managing creator, agency, affiliate partnerships.
• Knowledge of GMV, conversion, CAC, ROI, LTV metrics.
• Ability to influence across teams and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define TikTok Shop growth strategy and long-term business roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
• Develop strategic plans across creators, affiliates, livestream commerce, and paid marketing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and TikTok platform updates.
• Establish performance goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
