Job summary

DO & CO AG in New York is seeking a proactive Production Planning Coordinator to manage airline menu specifications, BOM data, and cross‑department coordination. You will ensure accurate documentation and timely updates across culinary, purchasing, and client-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or Finance is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with product BOMs, technical specs, data entry, or ERP data management.
• Experience in culinary or food service industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update airline food menu specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate menu changes across departments and with clients.
• Attend client menu presentations and document specifications, ensure proper weights and photos.
• Coordinate and manage departmental resources and team members reporting to SCS.
• Ensure compliance with company and client requirements for the department.
• Liaise with chefs to collect recipe details and ingredient information.
• Conduct monthly meetings with culinary, purchasing, and accounting teams.
• Assist in client presentations and support the Costing Analyst with production planning.
• Prepare and manage administrative documentation related to menus and production.
• Support the Head of Department with additional tasks and projects.
