Job summary

DO & CO AG is seeking a Flight Coordinator Supervisor for our New York team. You will oversee daily flight-related operations, manage a multi‑discipline crew, and ensure timely, high‑quality meal delivery to aircraft crews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role within airline catering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or Logistics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong planning, coordination, and daily ops management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on leader who can motivate a team.
• Proficiency with scheduling, reporting and communications tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities including packing, transportation, production, and dispatch.
• Supervise Flight Coordinators, Food Packers–Flight Checkers, and VIP Charter teams.
• Maintain accurate updates of customer specifications across departments.
• Ensure operational efficiency and timely delivery of meals and products.
• Train, motivate and schedule flight coordinator team members.
• Ensure quality of products and trolleys meet high standards before delivery.
• Conduct regular counts to verify quantities and quality.
• Ensure special meal requests are packed and allocated correctly.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer care.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times.
• Report food safety issues to management and hygiene teams.
• Communicate operational information across departments.
