Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Director, International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics to build and manage the technology stack expanding the membership programs beyond the US, currently Hong Kong and Indonesia, with new country deployments every two years. Leads cross-country teams to deliver donor-centric systems and data-driven fundraising decisions to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6 years’ IT/business experience.
• CRM/marketing tech experience and change management.
• Ability to analyze and model business processes; evaluate options.
• Experience with IT systems and SDLC methodologies.
• Relational databases familiarity; SQL is a plus.
• Report development and adoption across functions.
• Data visualization experience; proficient in Excel.
• People management across multiple countries.
• Customer and vendor management with SLAs.
• Defining and documenting complex systems and requirements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Project management experience.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM platform and related systems across countries.
• Lead reporting and analytics programs to optimize fundraising.
• Design and oversee fundraising business processes and data governance.
• Guide architecture for reporting capabilities across the stack.
• Participate in strategic planning, vendor evaluation, and project delivery.
