Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the Global Markets fundraising operations, including portfolio management, meeting logistics, event coordination, and donor data maintenance. The role emphasizes data entry, reporting, and research to enable informed decisions.

You will work in a hybrid mode with in-office days in the DC metro area or New York, collaborating across staff, donors, and professionals to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
• Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Markets fundraising activities and managers.
• Coordinate portfolio management, meetings, events, and donor files.
• Update donor and fundraiser data in the database and generate reports.
• Enter data, analyze information, and track prospects and donors.
