Job summary

Turnaround Management Association is seeking a strategic Senior Director, Global Relations, Chapters & Membership to drive membership growth, engage chapters, and expand the global community. Reporting to the CEO, this role partners with volunteer leaders to deliver exceptional member value and expand TMA's international presence.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership in association management, strong analytics, and experience with AMS/CRM platforms.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in membership, association management, chapter relations, business development, or a related field.
Proven success driving membership growth, retention, and engagement.
Experience working with volunteer-led organizations and governance structures is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.
Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and achieving financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

Lead Membership Growth & Engagement across TMA's global network.
Strengthen Chapters and Volunteer Leadership through coaching and governance support.
Expand TMA's Global Community with international chapters and partners.
Drive Operational Excellence in membership operations, data integrity, dashboards, and AMS usage.
Serve as a Senior Organizational Leader contributing to budgeting, planning, and strategy.
