Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Director, International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics to stand and manage the technology stack for expanding membership programs outside the United States, currently Hong Kong and Indonesia, with a two-year deployment cadence. You will lead cross-country operations, CRM platforms, reporting, and analytics to optimize donor-centric fundraising and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
• 6 years’ experience as a business professional in IT or related field.
• Experience with Constituent/Customer Relationship Management or marketing technologies and change management associated with new tools and ways of working.
• Experience analyzing and modeling business processes, evaluating options and recommending solutions.
• Experience with IT systems and software development methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases; working knowledge of SQL a plus.
• Experience with report development, delivery and adoption across functions.
• Experience in Data Visualization and proficiency in Excel.
• Supervisory experience or managing a team across multiple countries.
• Experience in customer management, vendor management and service-level agreements.
• Experience in defining and documenting complex systems and operational requirements.
• Experience in communicating and presenting effectively with internal and external audiences.
• Project management experience.
• English is required.

Responsibilities

• Stand and manage the technology stack for expansion of membership programs outside the US.
• Lead business processes and analytics for membership programs across multiple countries.
• Oversee CRM platform and related systems within the tech stack.
• Manage reporting and analytics program and governance of business processes.
• Participate in strategic planning, vendor evaluation, implementation, and management of projects.
• Design and oversight of fundraising-related processes, data governance and integrity.
• Oversee architecture development for reporting capabilities and deployment of reports.
