Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising strategy and operations for the Global Priorities team. You will manage donor data in BBCRM, pull reports, and coordinate scheduling with fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive donor engagement.

You will help ensure data integrity, produce actionable insights, and refine processes for efficiency. This role offers growth in fundraising operations and exposure to global development strategy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination.
Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

Support fundraising strategy and operations for the Global Priorities team.
Maintain donor and prospect data in BBCRM; pull and analyze reports.
Coordinate and manage complex scheduling across fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Develop and refine processes and workflows to improve efficiency across the team.
