Job summary

The Director, International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics at The Nature Conservancy leads the CRM platform and analytics across multiple countries to maximize donor engagement and fundraising efficiency. You will guide data governance, reporting architecture, and cross-country processes within a hub-and-spoke model while ensuring scalable, donor-centric operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent technical experience.
• 6 years’ experience as a business professional in IT or related field.
• Experience with Constituent/Customer Relationship Management or marketing technologies and change management associated with new tools and ways of working.
• Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes, evaluating options and recommend solutions.
• Experience with IT systems and software development methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases; working knowledge of SQL a plus.
• Experience with report development, delivery and adoption across functions.
• Experience in Data Visualization and proficiency in Excel.
• Supervisory experience or managing a team of multi-disciplinary professionals across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CRM platform and analytics across multiple countries to optimize fundraising revenue and donor growth.
• Oversee architecture and deployment of reporting capabilities within the technology stack.
• Design and manage business processes for fundraising activities and data governance.
• Coordinate vendor evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of projects.
• Guide analysis and insights for decision making across the membership teams in each country.
• Provide leadership in IT systems development and cross-country collaboration.
