Soho House is seeking a Membership Strategy Manager to drive global membership strategy across selected Houses in the United States, translating central frameworks into locally relevant plans and protecting growth in membership revenue.

You will coordinate with Regional Membership Director, House teams and the Soho Support Member Success function to execute initiatives across retention, intakes, applications, and new openings, while leveraging behavioural insight and data to optimize performance.

Competenze

• Significant experience in membership strategy, retention, loyalty or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience delivering engagement and retention strategies that improve lifetime value.
• Experience delivering acquisition and intake targets, offer design and funnel management.
• Experience operating in a matrixed international business with local teams.

Mansioni

• Deliver global strategy across assigned Houses translating frameworks into local plans.
• Lead retention and engagement initiatives; reduce turnover and monitor performance.
• Oversee intakes and applications with budgeted targets and local seasonal adjustments.
• Manage pre-opening acquisition and membership planning for new openings.
• Track and report regional performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
