Soho House Group in Austin is seeking a hands-on Membership Manager to support the Head of Membership with onboarding, behaviour monitoring, retention, and committee activity, ensuring smooth membership processes.

The role is administrative and highly collaborative, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proactive follow-ups with members, operations, and global marketing to keep the community engaged.

Competenze

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with calendar and member records management in Salesforce.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a wide range of people.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and discretion in sensitive situations.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Maintain and manage the member introduction calendar and onboarding process.
• Record attendance in Salesforce and coordinate follow-ups for members who miss sessions.
• Monitor member behaviour and log actions in Salesforce for future reference.
• Support retention, engagement, and feedback processes with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare membership applications and supporting materials for Committee reviews.
• Attend Membership Committee meetings and provide administrative support.
• Manage membership emails and respond to member requests.
• Draft monthly member outreach emails with Operations and Global Marketing input.
• Disseminate operational updates via local push notifications in collaboration with Marketing.
