Zusammenfassung

WORKTECH Academy is seeking a bright, proactive Community Manager to co-design and implement our membership model and engagement plan. You will engage prospective members before joining, nurturing relationships from day one and driving value across our global chapters and sector communities.

You will work with senior decision-makers and have a background in customer success, community management, or membership sales.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate level or relevant industry experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in a community, membership, customer success or business development role.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and WordPress.

Aufgaben

• Drive the Academy membership model and engagement plan for Individual, Team and Corporate memberships.
• Engage prospective members before they join and own the new-member experience from day one.
• Build an active global community across London, North America, APAC and EMEA chapters and sector communities.
• Spot risks to renewal, identify upsell opportunities and support proposals and pitches.
• Own the Academy member events programme, virtual and in-person, with Marketing and Content teams.
