Job summary

Vurvey Labs, Inc. seeks a Members Team Manager to lead the core team handling global member engagement, onboarding, and retention.

You will bridge enterprise client insights with creators, consumers, and experts powering our platform, shaping the roadmap with data-driven member feedback. In an AI-first environment, you will deploy AI agents and automated workflows to personalize interactions, drive efficiency, and improve member responsiveness at scale, partnering with Product, Customer Success

Qualifications

5+ years leading member operations or research panel teams.
Experience with CRM and community management software.
Strong AI fluency with LLMs and automation workflows.
Proven cross-functional communication and leadership in fast-growing startups.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy for member recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Design scalable workflows for incentives, panel health, and scheduling.
Deploy AI agents and generative workflows to automate communications and profiling.
Hire and mentor a high-performing team of community managers.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Customer Success to align timelines.
Monitor KPIs on member satisfaction, panel responsiveness, retention, data quality.
