Job summary

The Alliance is seeking an enthusiastic Community Engagement Coordinator to lead and nurture our vibrant community brands. Youll produce exclusive member events, drive advocacy, and ensure members feel valued and connected, using Asana to orchestrate initiatives.

Collaborate across teams to grow B2B communities, curate events, and source speakers while maintaining strong project governance in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public speaking is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new apps and technologies.
• Passion for creating engaging member experiences and events.
• Experience with B2B communities and moderating online conversations is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow one or more community brands and drive member engagement.
• Plan and curate events and experiences; manage calendars.
• Develop engaging initiatives like podcasts, webinars, workshops.
• Source speakers, ambassadors, and moderators; manage relationships.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, events, sales, and CS; track progress with Asana.
• Monitor trends and adapt strategy to boost loyalty and retention.
