Job summary

PCMA EMEA is seeking a Community & Engagement Manager in a home-based UK/Europe role. You will grow and engage the EMEA community across membership, events, education and products, owning the membership lifecycle and driving annual growth.

You will lead Convening EMEA campaigns and collaborate with global teams to strengthen engagement. You’ll combine community insight with marketing expertise, manage CRM-driven journeys, and use data to inform outreach across email, LinkedIn and web channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in business events industry with community engagement, membership, audience development or marketing.
• Experience developing and executing engagement or marketing plans against defined objectives.
• Experience managing membership or audience journeys including acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Strong digital marketing skills, especially email marketing and campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Grow and engage PCMA’s EMEA community across membership, events, education and products.
• Own the membership lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and retention; drive growth targets.
• Lead Convening EMEA audience journey, registrations and post-event follow-up; develop targeted campaigns.
