Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Technical Launch Manager to be located in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA. We will also consider candidates in Zuchwil, Switzerland.

This role leads the assigned group, partners with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure successful global launches and effective technology transfer across sites. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years professional experience required.
• Medical Device/Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and management influence skills required.
• Strong manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned group and manage coaches/direct reports.
• Provide global operations leadership to assigned programs or projects.
• Develop operations strategy and execute a project plan from charter to manufacturing hand-off.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to achieve business objectives and ensure timely, profitable launches.
• Ensure design transfer, DFMA readiness, process characterization, and technology transfer activities are planned and executed.
• Build cross-functional teams and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
