Job summary

Capgemini seeks a Senior Service Delivery Manager for Commercial Pharma & Drug Manufacturers in the U.S. responsibilities include managing daily operations, client relations, and expanding business through data-driven insights. The role requires strong leadership of global teams and deep pharma data experience.

You will drive operational excellence, govern processes, and ensure delivery against SLAs while guiding cloud-ready data technologies and BI initiatives to create value for clients.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of pharma consulting or services experience.
• Proven ability to manage an operations org with KPIs.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on data analysis, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud operations and data technologies.
• Background in commercial data warehousing, BI or insights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to schedules, timelines, and SLAs.
• Manage budgets and adjust to hit contribution margins.
• Be the primary client contact for performance, escalations, and new requests.
• Set expectations, provide status updates, and resolve issues timely.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan.
• Lead a global team handling data analysis, aggregation, and reporting.
• Oversee day-to-day technical and business delivery for projects.
• Monitor performance and align with company initiatives and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, expand services, and add value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Guide adoption of modern data technologies and cloud-ready solutions.
