Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science or healthcare discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in medical communications or a related Medical Affairs function within a global matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of drug development, clinical data interpretation, and medical strategy.
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to medical communications and medical review processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience applying artificial intelligence-enabled tools and digital technologies within scientific communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute medical communication plans aligned with strategy and engagement objectives.
• Lead content development of core materials, slide decks, FAQs, and resources.
• Plan and deliver congress activities, booths, symposia, and educational materials.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and local stakeholders to align priorities.
• Conduct medical content reviews with Legal and Regulatory colleagues for compliance.
• Coordinate content development processes and identify future content needs.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled technologies to enhance planning, content development, and review processes.
• Monitor KPIs, manage vendors and timelines, and incorporate stakeholder insights.
