Job summary

Paramount Global's Marketing Acquisition and Campaign Services team for Pluto TV is seeking a Coordinator to manage day-to-day billing and vendor operations as the team globalizes its operations.

You will assist with creative requests for media plans, coordinate with international marketing and content teams, onboard new vendors via Graphite Connect, and ensure billing processes run smoothly with internal partners and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in billing or marketing operations.
• Experience in in-house or agency environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creative requests related to media plans.
• Coordinate with international marketing and content teams on regional content availability.
• Submit requests for creatives to be produced for media campaigns.
• Maintain billing tracker and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Onboard new vendors via Graphite Connect.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure billing processes are followed.
