Job summary

BCD Travel, a leader in global travel management, seeks a Global Account Manager II for a Media & Entertainment client portfolio. You will manage client relationships across regions, oversee budgets, and drive strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and reduce costs.

Role requires extensive travel and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering high-touch consultancy and strategic guidance to clients on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive travel industry experience in account management.
• Experience implementing and managing large market/global clients.
• Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology.
• Experience managing cross functional work teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate central communication across regions for BCD Travel and client initiatives.
• Formulate and manage multi-national business plans to increase revenue and reduce risk.
• Develop SLAs for service, financials, MIS/CDS, program performance, technology, and communication.
• Create and manage budgets and financials (billing, payment, profitability).
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision makers at all levels.
• Negotiate client contract terms and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
• Identify opportunities to leverage global technology tools and new processes.
