Job summary

Renovo Solutions seeks a Global Director to own the Enterprise Laboratory Instrument Services (ELIS) program end-to-end across North America and Europe. The role ensures a single operating model, consistent governance, and unified data standards across multiple systems and regulatory regimes.

You will manage regional leadership, client relationships at executive level, and program profitability while driving cross-regional alignment and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years or more in laboratory, scientific or medical equipment service.
• Significant experience leading multi-country operations.
• Experience operating across more than one workforce transfer regime.
• Experience holding a commercial position at contract level, including change orders.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or research environment required.
• Experience of a large service transition or contract mobilisation required.

Responsibilities

• Own one operating model across both regions, including intake, entitlement, dispatch, verification and payment.
• Own program-level contractual performance against the master service agreement and addenda.
• Maintain program governance rhythm with steering meetings, reviews and executive reporting.
• Manage transition plan through go-live and stabilisation period.
• Own the global data standard for a single reporting position across four systems of record.
• Lead Regional Directors of Operations to one set of standards across regions.
• Arbitrate regional constraints to align with the global model.
• Own global workforce position across both transfer regimes with HR alignment.
• Develop succession and bench depth for regional and site leadership.
• Retain program talent with plans for critical roles and small-site coverage.
• Own program-level change orders and scope changes; manage program P&L and forecast accuracy.
• Oversee entitlement strategy with Global Director, Sourcing and Payments.
• Approve deferment and coverage decisions with contractual implications.
• Grow the program through scope expansion and third-party conversion.
