Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Manager, Master Data and Systems to own the data model behind Renovo life sciences accounts. You will manage asset/site hierarchy, drive data quality, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure accurate KPI reporting and contractual obligations.

You will partner with Operations, Sourcing, Quality, IT, and product teams, owning data loads, validation, and platform requirements while ensuring compliance with GXP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, data, or business field.
• 7+ years in master data management, CMMS, service data management, or business analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing analysts or data staff.
• Demonstrated experience owning a data migration at scale, including reconciliation across multiple source systems.
• Strong working knowledge of CMMS or field service platforms and their data structures.
• Advanced Excel required. Working knowledge of a reporting or business intelligence tool required.
• Experience defining and reporting contractual KPIs for an enterprise client.
• Existing right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the data model, asset, site, and hierarchy data standards across regions.
• Lead data loads, validation, and reconciliation from client sources into the Renovo platform.
• Define acceptance criteria for site readiness and plan data cleanse ahead of platform changes.
• Deliver contracted KPI scorecards, audits, and client reporting on schedule.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, Quality, IT, and product teams on data needs.
• Lead and develop Master Data Analysts and Program Analysts across regions.
• Maintain data documentation and definitions; ensure consistency across reporting.
