Job summary

Renovo Solutions seeks a Global Director to manage the ELIS program across North America and Europe, driving a single operating model, governance, and client partnership. You’ll oversee transition, data standardization, and multi-country workforce alignment across complex jurisdictions.

You will partner with regional directors, own commercial strategy, and ensure consistent service delivery, safety, and risk management while advancing a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years or more in laboratory, scientific or medical equipment service with multi-country leadership experience.
• Proven accountability for a global or multi-region managed service program at contract level.
• Experience operating across more than one workforce transfer regime, including automatic transfer jurisdictions.
• Experience holding a commercial position at contract level, including change orders and scope changes.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or research environments.
• Experience leading large service transitions or contract mobilisations.

Responsibilities

• Own one operating model across both regions, ensuring no local variant based on size/history.
• Lead program-level contractual performance against the master service agreement and addenda.
• Manage governance rhythm with steering meetings, checkpoint reviews and executive client reporting.
• Oversee transition to go-live and stabilisation period; ensure seamless coverage.
• Own global data standards across four systems of record.
