Job summary

LIGHTERA in Norcross, GA seeks a Master Data Manager to lead the global Master Data Management strategy across ERP, MES, PLM, CRM and analytics. You will establish governance, standards, and a single source of truth for Product, Material, BOM, Routing, and Manufacturing data.

Reporting to the CFO, this senior leadership role partners with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Quality to enable digital manufacturing, supply chain optimization, and accurate financial reporting; expect about

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Management, or related field. MBA strongly preferred.
• 12+ years in data management, ERP governance, business systems, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise master data programs.
• Proven experience establishing and implementing a Master Data Management framework in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global Master Data Management strategy.
• Establish and lead the enterprise Master Data Governance Council.
• Define ownership, stewardship, and workflows for all master data domains.
• Create a roadmap for data standardization and governance maturity.
• Serve as executive advisor to CFO on data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Lead governance of Product Master Data, Material Master Data, BOM, Routings, and Manufacturing data.
• Partner with Operations and Manufacturing to standardize data across facilities.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and governance with ERP and manufacturing transformations.
