Westlake Chemical is seeking a Master Data Supervisor to lead the Master Data Center of Excellence and partner with plant and corporate leaders to optimize Customer, Vendor, Supplier and Material data.

The role requires proactive process improvement, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment. Will oversee data quality, training, and data cleanup activities across on-site teams in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.ERP experience (SAP/JDE) preferred.
• Strong cross-functional decision-making and process improvement in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize existing Master Data processes to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
• Create and maintain training materials; conduct one-on-one and group training sessions.
• Own accuracy and speed of processing for new master data creation & extension requests.
• Perform daily quality checks on material master data and fix errors.
• Provide guidance on master data structure and interdependencies.
• Execute master data cleanup activities, including authorization cleanup with IS team.
• Communicate best practices in master data governance and data quality standards.
