Job summary

Novelis seeks a senior Master Data Management leader in Atlanta to drive MDM platform delivery and governance for Customer, Vendor, Material, and Reference data. You will lead a small team, ensure data quality and production-readiness, and partner with Data Governance and Data Engineering to embed governance into pipelines.

The role emphasizes stewardship, domain harmonization across regions, and executive reporting on progress and adoption. Hybrid work in Atlanta is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in master data management, data governance, or enterprise data governance.
• 3+ years in people leadership or team management.
• Experience with MDM platform operations across multiple data domains.
• Strong knowledge of domain modeling, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and golden records.
• Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM or IDMC.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team’s delivery of MDM platform operations across four domains.
• Ensure mastered data quality, metadata completeness, and governance compliance.
• Oversee environment management, connector configs, and upgrade execution.
• Partner with Data Governance, Data Engineering, and business data owners.
• Provide executive visibility via dashboards on adoption, stewardship, and harmonization.
