Job summary

LIGHTERA seeks a seasoned Master Data Manager to lead global MDM governance and deployment across ERP, MES, PLM, and CRM systems. You will partner with CFO, Finance, Operations, IT, and Manufacturing to ensure data accuracy and a single source of truth.

The role requires 12+ years in data management and 5+ years in leadership, preferably within industrial manufacturing. Hybrid on-site work in Norcross, GA, with international collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years data management, ERP governance, or manufacturing data experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise master data programs.
• Experience implementing MDM in global manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global Master Data Management strategy aligned with digital transformation.
• Establish governance councils and ownership for all master data domains.
• Standardize data definitions, stewardship, and quality across ERP, MES, PLM, CRM.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Manufacturing to enable analytics.
