Job summary

Vention seeks a Master Data Specialist to own the accuracy and integrity of product master data within our ERP/PLM environment. You will ensure new products are structured for production, reflect engineering changes, and maintain reliable data across systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with BOMs/SKUs, and cross‑functional collaboration across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in master data management, ERP/PLM administration, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with BOMs, SKUs, product structures and ERP/PLM systems.
• Knowledge of supply-chain compliance topics (import/export tariffs, country of origin, local content).
• Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy.
• Ability to translate technical product information into system data.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new products and SKUs in the ERP system.
• Enter and validate complete BOMs, including components, quantities, units of measure, and product attributes.
• Configure SKUs according to supply chain strategy (make/buy, sourcing, inventory, fulfillment).
• Ensure product structures reflect engineering designs and manufacturing requirements.
• Support ECO processes and coordinate with stakeholders to implement changes on time.
• Maintain accurate master data across ERP/PLM and audit data regularly.
