Job summary

Ostechnical, based in Anaheim, CA, seeks a hands-on Master Data Manager to lead the enterprise MDM function. Hybrid work schedule supports governance, stewardship, and data quality across ERP, MES, PLM, and CRM systems.

The role requires 7–10+ years in MDM or data governance, with deep ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Infor or Epicor) and a track record of cross‑functional data ownership and process alignment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in MDM, data governance, or data stewardship.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Deep ERP experience across SAP, Oracle, Infor or Epicor.
• Experience integrating ERP with MES, PLM and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize enterprise data governance framework.
• Lead data stewardship council across business functions.
• Assign and enforce data ownership by domain.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries, standards, and rules.
• Ensure alignment IT governance and business processes.
• Own data quality KPIs: accuracy, completeness, timeliness.
• Lead remediation for data issues and audit findings.
• Define system-of-record architecture across ERP/MES/CRM.
