DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks a Manager of Customer and Vendor Master Operations to lead global master data governance across SC&O systems. You’ll own data processes, drive standardization, and partner with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, and IT to enable steady supply chain operations.

The role requires 8–10 years in master data within a global setting, SAP MDG/SAP S/4HANA experience, and strong leadership in a regulated environment. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics and data engineering capabilities required.
• Experience governing customer and/or vendor master data in enterprise systems.
• Exposure to SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, or similar ERP master data domains.

Responsabilités

• Lead global Customer and Vendor Master Operations for Supply Chain across SC&O systems.
• Own end‑to‑end master data processes: intake, validation, approval, creation, change, deactivation, and duplicate prevention.
• Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, Global Supply Chain, IT, and Shared Services to align master data design with requirements.
• Serve as a systems leader for master data capabilities in ERP and related systems.
• Maintain governance, controls, and audit evidence for regulatory compliance.
