Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associated Director/Senior Manager, Global Master Data Management Engineering/OPS to own the MDM platforms, workflows, and data models. You will drive integration to downstream systems and ensure availability, security, and performance across the global MDM landscape.

• BS, BA degree (Business/IT related preferred), MBA or MS.
• Minimum 8+ years work experience.
• Prior people management experience.
• Experience with MDM platform technologies (SAP MDG / Reltio).

Responsibilities

• Owner of the Global Master Data Management platform data landscape.
• Provide Leadership and mentorship to the associates within the Global Master Data Management Engineering/Ops organization.
• Ensure that all team members have the necessary technical and business skills.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, developing their MDM knowledge.
• Establish / Maintain metrics to drive process improvements.
• Lead initiatives across Master Data Management systems to improve efficiency.
