Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associated Director/Senior Manager, Global Master Data Management Engineering/OPS, to own the MDM platform configurations, data models, and workflows. This field-based role supports the Orthopaedics division across the U.S., with potential case-by-case remote options.

Qualifications

• BS, BA degree; MBA or MS preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years work experience; people management experience required.
• Experience with MDM platform technologies (SAP MDG / Reltio).
• Experience leading data governance and AI data readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Master Data Management platform data landscape.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Global MDM Engineering/Ops team.
• Ensure team has necessary skills to meet objectives.
• Maintain relationships with partners and drive MDM improvements.
• Lead data harmonization across MD management domains and environments.
• Develop and lead system improvement initiatives in MDM.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
