You will own data integrity, standardization, and lifecycle governance for customer and vendor master data to support planning, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in master data operations and related areas.
• Experience leading customer/vendor master data and processes in ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and related data impacts.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional stakeholders and drive priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer and Vendor Master Operations across SC&O systems.
• Own end-to-end master data processes from intake to change and deactivation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Shared Services.
• Serve as systems leader for master data in ERP and related systems.
• Maintain governance, controls, and audit-ready documentation.
• Lead and develop a global team, fostering accountability and improvement.
• Monitor service levels, data quality, and issue resolution.
• Provide SME support for data standardization and automation initiatives.
