Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associated Director/Senior Manager, Global Master Data Management Engineering /OPS to own the MDM platforms, data models, and workflows across the orthopedics organization. You will drive data integration, distribution, and secure operations while aligning with enterprise data strategy.

The role requires strong leadership, data governance, and collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, R&D, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree (Business/IT related preferred); MBA or MS preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the Global Master Data Management platform data landscape and harmonize data needs to drive business objectives.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Global Master Data Management Engineering/Ops organization.
Ensure team have necessary technical and business skills to meet objectives.
Maintain relationships with partners and expand MDM knowledge across the organization.
Establish metrics to drive process improvements across MDM domains and environments.
Make independent decisions and present policy recommendations to IT leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams for requirements for programs interfacing with Enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Lake.
Lead system improvements across MDM to drive efficiency and performance.
Engage with executives and managers to plan and execute improvements.
Oversee training and enablement of users on Master Data Management tools and processes.
