Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in master data operations or related global roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience with SAP or ERP platforms and data governance.
• Familiarity with regulated industries and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Customer and Vendor Master Operations for Supply Chain, ensuring accurate governance of master data.
• Own end-to-end master data processes: intake, validation, creation, updates, blocking, and deactivation.
• Partner with Commercial, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Global Supply Chain to align data design with business requirements.
• Serve as systems leader for master data in ERP; support enhancements, migrations, testing, and transformations.
• Maintain governance, controls, SDTs, and evidence for audit/compliance.
• Lead and develop a global team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
