Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associated Director/Senior Manager, Global Master Data Management Engineering/Ops, to own the Global MDM platform, workflows, data models, and integrations. This field-based role is located in the United States with remote options on a case-by-case basis.

You will lead and mentor the GMDM Engineering/Ops team, ensure high availability and security of MDM platforms, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D and Corporate Systems.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or IT; MBA or MS preferred.
• 8+ years of related work experience.
• Prior people management experience.
• Experience with Master Data Management platforms.
• Strong project/account management and testing strategy skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Master Data Management platform data landscape.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the GMDM Engineering/Ops organization.
• Ensure team members have necessary technical and business skills.
• Maintain relationships with partners and communicate process improvements.
• Establish and monitor metrics to drive improvements across MDM domains.
• Lead system improvements to drive efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to define requirements and data strategies.
• Oversee data governance and alignment with enterprise data warehouses/lakes.
