Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is seeking a Manager to lead diagnostic market-shaping activities within the Global Markets Team.

You will design, maintain, and update CHAI’s global supply-and-demand strategies, own key supplier relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create markets for affordable, high-quality diagnostics in LMICs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of work experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced environments in pharma/diagnostic industries.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills; detail oriented.
• Creative thinker with ability to develop transformative solutions for global health problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and influence others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to absorb and synthesize diverse financial, regulatory, diagnostic, and scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply-side strategy across product development, financial analyses, and market insights for priority diagnostics.
• Design and implement market-shaping strategies to improve access to diagnostics in LMICs.
• Collaborate with GMT leadership and external partners to develop work plans and achieve grant deliverables.
• Lead negotiations with diagnostic companies on pricing and supply terms.
• Build relationships with senior executives of diagnostics companies and with donors/partners.
• Travel up to 25% and contribute to knowledge sharing and program strategy.
