Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a motivated Associate to support market shaping strategies across programs, including maternal health and AI-enabled diagnostics. You will analyze suppliers, forecast demand, model pricing, and support country adoption decisions in LMICs.

Travel up to 25% and collaboration with donors, governments, and partners are essential to accelerate access to essential health commodities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative modelling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for donors and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a remote, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Landscaping and analysing suppliers of priority commodities for LMICs.
Developing demand forecasts and uptake models for new and existing commodities.
Executing costing and impact analysis for new financing, procurement, and distribution models.
Analyzing country introduction and scale-up requirements, including cost and financing options.
Preparing presentations, reports, investment cases, and other analyses for policy and interventions.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute interventions.
Developing market analytic frameworks and tools for MST projects.
Supporting business development through proposal writing and donor engagement.
Maintaining relationships with senior-level stakeholders across CHAI and partners.
Executing other responsibilities as needed by the team.
