Job summary

CHAI is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead diagnostic market-shaping activities within the Global Markets Team (GMT). You will design and maintain CHAI’s global supply-and-demand product strategies, own relationships with diagnostic companies, and collaborate with country teams and partners to expand access to high-quality, affordable diagnostics in LMICs.

The role requires 8+ years in strategy/consulting, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in strategy, consulting or related fast-paced environments such as pharma, diagnostics, or medical devices.
Proven analytical and communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and negotiations with external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnostic market-shaping activities within GMT related to SECURE and other priorities.
Design and update CHAI’s global supply-and-demand product strategies.
Own relationships and lead negotiations with diagnostic companies.
Coordinate with country teams, suppliers, partners, and donors to create markets for affordable, high-quality diagnostics.
Monitor ecosystem risks and adapt program strategy accordingly.
Represent CHAI to major donors and external partners to advance impact goals.
Oversee a team of direct reports and collaborate across functions.
